Bought a truck from them last April. Super friendly people who work there and very helpful. Worked out a good price and they weren’t pressuring us or anything to close the sale. Great experience. Recently had some issues with it that are common and they sent me right to a shop no questions because of their warranty. They didn’t try to put up a fuss or send me somewhere unreliable. They made sure the issue was dealt with ASAP 10/10 won’t buy vehicles anywhere else in town.

I would recommend doing business with John Dewar's Auto Source. Why? Because in this day of everything automated and cold and unfriendly, JOHN DEWAR'S AUTO SOURCE is the total opposite. The associated are all very warm and welcoming, willing to answer any questions you have, make sure that what you want is to your liking, not to mention just darn right friendly and kind. Having not purchased a vehicle in a few years and knowing far well we were out of the loop with regards to vehicles and what they were and what they could be, we went in to the lot, to look at a vehicle which was there. Immediately we were greeted by a gentleman. He identified himself and there was absolutely NO pressure, just answers. We ended up taking this vehicle for a test drive. Still no pressure. Went home and thought about our experience. We found we were totally at ease with working with John Dewar Auto Source associates. The other thing which struck us was that any of the other associates that passed by us, said hello and asked if they could help us or get someone who could. As the days went by they continued in this fashion. We did end up purchasing this vehicle and have developed a friendship with the folks there. I can only HIGHLY RECOMMEND dealing with them. I’ve always been hesitant on spending big money on a vehicle but - A few seconds into my car shopping I was greeted by Mark whom was an absolute delight to work with! He was so patient as I looked at multiple vehicles (in the cold) and he explained everything so thoroughly. Once I sat in/test drove a Hyundai Tucson I knew it was the car I needed!! We were then transferred over to Adam and he was so wonderful the whole time. He found me good deals and made sure I had a good understanding of everything. Great conversations, and lots of laughs were also had. I definitely felt comfortable the whole process. If you’re looking for a used/new car, that is in amazing condition with low mileage for a great price with an incredible warranty package AND super friendly staff to deal with, I 100% recommend coming here!! I would up my 5 stars to 10 if I could!!

I ended up going with John Dewar's Autosource, as I had heard a lot of good things about them and also heard pieces on the radio. I ended up on their lot and found a car I really liked (a 2017 Chevy Malibu). Most dealerships just want to make a sale. However I found that working with Ed and Adam was a great experience, and they really care. We went through options, and it was like talking to a friend. I highly recommend using their services if you want to a fair price, great customer service (and followup) as well no hassles. If you need a car (and want it not to be a lemon), use John Dewar's Autosource.
